I believe that many are now extracting isolated mixes of certain Beatles songs thanks to Beatles Rock Band, which provides access to multiple tracks. In addition, The Beatles Anthology DVDs provided some 5.1 mixes which people have played around with. The quad mixes of Sgt. Pepper also surfaced some time ago.
